Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with expertise in SMEs and KOLs to drive expansion and build high-value partnerships. In this impactful role, you will be central to increasing our platform's reach, focusing on strategic market growth and creating lasting industry connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build partnerships with SMEs, targeting market share growth
- Lead and manage the BD team, setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Expand network connections in the Payment and SME sectors
- Analyze and adapt strategies based on market trends to maintain a competitive advantage
- Demonstrate results-driven BD performance, optimizing growth processes for maximum impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Business Development
- Extensive network in Payments and SMEs familiarity with digital currency industry a plus
- Proven experience in managing a team, with strong leadership and strategic vision
- Success stories in market expansion
- Highly goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
- Proficiency in English, with additional languages advantageous
