**JOB DESCRIPTION** Posting Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with drafting (bespoke and templated) and negotiating key strategic transactions for CCB and its affiliated businesses, which may include:

- Co-brand card partnership agreements
- Partnership agreements supporting JPMC’s proprietary products
- Strategic partnerships with FinTechs/other technology firms
- Digital wallet and digital integration agreements
- Cross-marketing agreements
- Strategic engagements for JPMC’s Travel business and other businesses within Connected Commerce
- Other types of broad-based strategic partnership agreements with household brands.
- Provide strategic, commercially pragmatic, and transparent advice to business partners.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to business partners, other legal teams and functional partners as to contract interpretation.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- At least two (2) years post-admission experience in a law firm or in-house and must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- The ability to stay calm when the pressure is on and the confidence to be outspoken when necessary while maintaining a good sense of humor.
- Entrepreneurial, business-minded, and a creative problem solver.
- The ability to be flexible, work comfortably in a fast paced environment, pivot between priorities and have the perseverance and patience to see a matter through to completion.
- The ability to see past the question, understand the wider strategy and think tactically to get to the best result for all parties.

**Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skills**
- Transactional experience, including technical drafting and negotiation skills
