Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the distribution and sales of our product portfolio at key accounts in your local market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and distribution growth at key accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  3. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage business success and ensure executional excellence.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer performance and margin against investment, taking corrective action where necessary.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Previous experience in Key Account Management is preferred.
  • Outstanding record of accomplishments in sales and trade marketing.
  • Local language and business fluent English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively sell and negotiate.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial approach and mindset.
  • Solution and goal-oriented.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
