Key Account Specialist, On Premise

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the distribution and sales of our product portfolio at key accounts in your local market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and distribution growth at key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage business success and ensure executional excellence.
- Monitor and analyze customer performance and margin against investment, taking corrective action where necessary.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Previous experience in Key Account Management is preferred.
- Outstanding record of accomplishments in sales and trade marketing.
- Local language and business fluent English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively sell and negotiate.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial approach and mindset.
- Solution and goal-oriented.
- Analytical skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational ability.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
