SAP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic planning, execution, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales development executives to ensure high-quality pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales enablement and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in demand generation or inside sales environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English required, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
