Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fresh Coat Marketing, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the painting industry through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and readiness to engage with our services. Use a consultative approach to understand their requirements and pain points.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads to further discuss their needs and present tailored solutions.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system. Track and report on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and appointment setting.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and continuously improve lead generation and qualification processes.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively engage with potential clients and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role. Experience in the marketing or painting industry is a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build relationships and engage potential clients.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Comfortable with digital communication platforms and social media.

Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
