Salesforce OMS Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce expert to lead our Omnichannel Management System initiative. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with extensive experience in designing and architecting scalable solutions using Salesforce Platform features.
As the successful candidate, you will have at least 7+ years of experience in leading SF domain solution design and architecture. Your ability to navigate complex requirements, manage scope, and advise on performance and security improvements will be invaluable to our team.
You will work closely with our stakeholders to influence technology and design decisions at the organizational level, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers while satisfying scalability, security, high availability, and flexibility requirements.
Your expertise in Salesforce Platform features, including automations, validation tools, record sharing and security, integration, and programming, will be essential in driving project success. Additionally, your proficiency in Java and Salesforce CLI (VS Code) will enable you to mentor and guide our team members effectively.
A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to ensure great customer experiences will set you apart as a top candidate. Your proactive approach to risk identification and escalation management will also contribute significantly to the project's overall success.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate with other project streams, peers, and team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your exceptional communication skills will help you manage expectations from clients and team members alike.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. As a remote worker, you can enjoy a general work schedule with support until 12 PM EST.
