About the Role

As a Digital Solutions Lead at Multilocal, you will play a key role in driving long-term relationships with sales partners and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure they and their clients are satisfied with our services.

You will be an excellent communicator who can grasp client needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them, aiming to safeguard revenue and retain clients. Your primary objective will be to build deep relationships with sales partners, unlocking the full potential of any given client over time through best-in-class service, programmatic expertise, creative problem-solving, and exceptional brief responses.

You will work closely with team members within Operations, Deal Delivery, and Audience Development to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders among sales partners
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Take ownership and lead on key accounts, creating tailored plans to address business needs
  • Schedule regular meetings with sales partners to ensure satisfaction and educate them on new opportunities
  • Help the sales team upsell or cross-sell services and products by providing valuable insights and expert advice
  • Respond to brief requests, delivering attractive offerings every time and meeting client expectations
  • Provide reporting as needed for sales partners and clients, leveraging data to inform decisions and drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, promote value through client experience, and review dissatisfaction and concerns to improve the client experience
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager, Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role within the martech or adtech space
  • Experience promoting value through customer experience and a background in digital advertising
  • Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • A customer-oriented attitude, obsessive attention to detail, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well with a team
