Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Executive Assistant with a strong financial background to provide high-level support to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage the executive team's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports to the CEO.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage cash flow and payments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (Spanish and English) is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in financial management, executive assistance, and business operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Project Management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
