Responsibilities:
  • Calendar & Scheduling Management: Ensure the CEO's calendar is up-to-date, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Inbox & Communication Management: Monitor and respond to emails, drafting professional messages as needed.
  • Task & Project Management: Track and follow up on action items from meetings, maintaining task lists in ClickUp.
  • Administrative & Financial Support: Process expense reports, pay bills, and track payment deadlines.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role.
  • Excellent C1 level English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to do self-directed work independently.
