Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Founder & CEO. This role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the CEO is prepared for important events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high level of proficiency in Google Workspace, ClickUp, and other productivity tools.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Calendar Management: Reviewing 13 weeks ahead for conflicts and resolving them proactively.
  • Scheduling: Setting up reminders, following up on important meetings and deadlines.
  • Inbox Management: Monitoring, filtering, and responding to emails on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
  • Task Management: Tracking and following up on action items from meetings, maintaining and updating task lists in ClickUp.


This is a flexible position that requires the ability to work during the CEO's operating hours.
