Job Description:

This role is responsible for expanding and deepening our public sector sales strategy and delivery in Mexico, including developing prioritized client and solution opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share in the public sector.
  2. IDentify and engage potential partners to strengthen our government solution propositions.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen our relationship with key public sector stakeholders and align on our government outreach strategy and targets.
  4. Provide ongoing support of RFP response and commercial deals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  5. Continuously review market landscape and recommend new approaches to growing the Visa business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in government/state-owned enterprise/public sector sales management.
  • Expertise in payments/financial services industry managing complex deals and sales.
  • Active network in the public sector across Mexico.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Payments industry.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship skills.
  • Strong business development and consultative sales experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Prior sales and consulting experience servicing government clients and projects.
