Job Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist will be a key member of Lenovo's ISG Transaction Support Services organization, providing presales and maintenance support to Lenovo Sales Reps and Business Partner Reps (BP Reps) in support of customers. This role will be responsible for delivering high-level tasks such as contract creation, maintenance, contract reporting, quotes, and contract packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Creation and Management
  • Validation of Terms and Conditions
  • Contract Maintenance and Renewals
  • Contract Registration and Proposal Development
  • Solution Design and Configuration
  • Audit-Ready Documentation Creation and Storage

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of contract administration experience
  • Strong PC background (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks
