Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the Distributors and channels, as well as potential and current clients of ESET DACH, by providing answers to sales inquiries and generating quality commercial support. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and managing information regarding sales, products, and statistics to formulate and apply action plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer all Partners and Distributors of assigned countries, advising them on commercial matters.
  • Monitor Partners, channels, and Distributors to gather information regarding the status of renewals according to expiration dates and manage and execute those renewals.
  • Respond to commercial queries received through various channels.
  • Assign prospects and monitor them to close deals.
  • Prepare commercial documents for ESET products and send them to channels and Distributors.
  • Approve or reject purchase orders entered by Partners, validating data and prices.
  • Provide Second-Level Commercial Support for home users.
  • Recruit new channels and verify their compliance with administrative requirements.
  • Organize and conduct webinars for channels and Distributors.
  • Provide internal commercial support for different Areas.
  • Document processes and develop strategies for account renewal and new client acquisition.

Requirements

  • Full tertiary or partial university studies in Marketing, Administration, Public Relations, or similar.
  • From 1 to 3 years of working experience in the Sales Area.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Package.
  • English: intermediate.
  • Commercial orientation, negotiation, and communication skills, and a service and support profile.

Additional Information

  • Travel: 5% to 15%.
