About this role

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing a large book of business, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value customers to ensure their success and growth on our platform
  • Develop and execute customized plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term loyalty and retention

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to drive revenue
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with CRM software and other customer-facing tools
