About this role
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing a large book of business, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success with our products and services.
- Develop and execute customized growth plans to drive revenue and customer satisfaction, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and relationships to drive growth and expansion.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with our products and services.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and internal partners.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong technical skills, with experience working with CRM systems and other software applications.
