Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, conducting research on competitors, customer personas, and market trends in both short-term and long-term rental sectors.
  • Sales Process Development: Design and implement customer sales journeys, including automated communication processes (e.g., email and text campaigns). Develop processes for lead management and client onboarding.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct client-facing sales calls via Zoom, presenting market analysis for properties. Prepare and present income/earning potential reports based on property type and location.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in residential property management marketing and sales (or similar fields, such as real estate).
  • US Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US market, especially in coastal cities (California experience preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Workspace.
