Job Description

Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Specialist to join our ISG Transaction Support Services organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide presales and maintenance support to Lenovo Sales Reps and Business Partner Reps (BP Reps) in support of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Creation and Maintenance
  • Validation of Terms and Conditions
  • Contract Renewals and Registration
  • Proposal and Price Quotes Creation
  • Solution Design and Configuration
  • Audit-Ready Documentation Creation and Storage Maintenance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of contract administration experience
  • Strong PC background (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Customer Satisfaction and Escalation Management
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects
