Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in assigned areas.
  2. Work closely with Field Force Visitor Visitors (FFVV) to identify development opportunities and provide training plans.
  3. Monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  4. Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  5. Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in sales or marketing with a focus on commercial fields.
