Business Development Director - Clinical Research

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Integra IT. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the clinical research sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas and targets
  • Manage the sales process following Integra's CRM workflow, including conducting demos, presentations, quotations, proposals, negotiations, and contract signing
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through industry research, networking, and cold calling
  • Act as a strategic partner in business growth and development

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in the commercial area with a minimum of 4 years developing businesses and managing the commercial area in a CRO, research sites, or clinical trial software vendors
  • Experience in CRO or research sites mandatory
  • Professional academic level
  • Spanish language skills preferred

Compensation: 100K - 160K per year. Negotiable.
