Job Description
The Head of Agency Sales is responsible for developing strategy and driving revenue for a team of individual contributors. They will report into the General Manager, South Cone and serve as the advocate for their agencies both internally and externally. They will grow and develop Agency Partnerships Managers to become strategic advisors to their clients. Success in this role requires a focus on people management, project and relationship management, client education, campaign measurement, and the ability to tell a strong story that shows TikTok's ability to drive client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft overall strategy to deliver on revenue targets and steer the team to increased growth potential.
  • Prioritize sales narratives that speak to the needs of agencies.
  • Deep understanding of products to drive enhancements to unlock revenue.
  • Bring a consultative approach that will align around a customer first methodology.
  • Provide thought-leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning.
  • Develop, mentor and manage a team of individual contributors.
