Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the service area to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial roles, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM Salesforce and SAP.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions, with a strong track record of success.
- Ability to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
- Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
