Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the Shale Oil and Gas industry in the Neuquén region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing business relationships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including End Users, Operators, and EPCs.
  • Collaborate with account leaders in Argentina and global accounts to drive sales growth and development.
  • Supervise sales projects and activities to ensure successful execution and delivery.
  • Represent Emerson's interests in the region, promoting our products and services to key customers.
  • Work closely with the execution team, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and sales management skills, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Engineering degree or similar, with specialization in instrumentation, valves, and process control.
  • Experience leading sales efforts, projects, and strategies implementation, with a focus on closing alliances and agreements.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently, visiting clients and oilfields to drive business growth and development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Experience working with O&G Operators and/or Engineering Contractors.
