About This Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Southern Cone region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Develop the Sales Team

Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs.

Build and Maintain Customer Relationships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.

Manage Sales Performance

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address any gaps or challenges.

Provide Coaching and Development

Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  1. Experience in Sales Leadership

Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

Knowledge of Sales and Marketing

Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and sales strategy development.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop plans to address any challenges.
