Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Engineering to join our team at SCUSA Saputo Cheese USA Inc. This is a key role that will oversee multiple capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage capital project plans, focusing on building construction and infrastructure improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project design and layout meets requirements and timelines are met.
  • Source and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to operations groups on repairs, maintenance, and energy savings initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including building codes and environmental requirements.
  • Travel up to 80% of the time to project sites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering and project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of utilities, boilers, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
