About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager/ Test Coordinator to join our team at Qualitest. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while also overseeing the testing process to guarantee high-quality software products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead a team of Automation Architects and Test Engineers to support our clients in CST hours.
  • Client Interface: Serve as the single point of contact for our clients, providing regular updates and reports on project progress.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate efforts between onsite and nearshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Planning and Strategy: Participate in all planning activities with our clients, defining test strategies and plans to meet their needs.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, attrition, and knowledge within the team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement Quality Engineering best practices to drive excellence in our processes.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Work with the COE team to implement QualiView and use it to report status, as well as present Automation findings and provide recommendations regarding Automation framework and processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous Delivery Manager experience (or account management experience) and Test Lead experience.
  • QA Process: Strong QA process experience.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide the client, suggest and implement process improvements, and drive change for the client (be proactive vs reactive).
