Job Title: Project Manager - Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee multiple capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Quality, and Tech Services, to ensure project design and layout meet company standards.
  • Source and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Travel up to 80% of the time, with flexibility to work flexible hours as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering and project management experience, with a strong background in utilities, boilers, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, including fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expense.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project (desired).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
