About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with our customers and optimizing base sales, new product development, and promotions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through effective merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities to drive sales growth.
  • Place point-of-buy materials and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Report on sales activities and provide insights to inform business decisions.

We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes, strong analytical skills, and sales experience in the FMCG/CPG industry.
