Operational Controller

• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and drive improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial management and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems and Power BI.
