About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Tenaris. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Maintenance Services: Oversee the coordination of general and maintenance services in your area of responsibility.
  • Optimize Process Capacity: Ensure that process capacity is aligned with quality and productivity levels on a permanent basis.
  • Calibration and Compliance: Guarantee the fulfilment of calibration programs and ensure compliance with general and maintenance services for the Plant.
  • Industrial Housekeeping: Plan and coordinate industrial housekeeping and office cleaning services, perform maintenance of parks and gardens.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and manage resources in an efficient manner and control associated costs.
  • Investment and Improvement: Submit new investment/improvement projects for approval and recommend changes and process improvements whenever necessary.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Maintain a safe work environment, in accordance with regulations and Tenaris safety policies.
  • Energy Efficiency: Ensure the implementation of maintenance programs which aim at minimizing energy consumption, promoting all the improvement actions also on employees' behaviour in order to decrease energy consumption waste.
  • Compliance and Governance: Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  • Incident Reporting: Comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions.
  • Staff Development: Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
  • Asset Protection: Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
