This role involves collaborating closely with Solutions Architects and other key stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.

As a Sales Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process, providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the development of technical proposals.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and pain points, working closely with Solutions Architects to design the most effective solutions.
  • Assist in the creation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses, ensuring alignment with customer needs and our technical capabilities.
  • Train sales teams on the technical aspects of our products and solutions, developing training materials and conducting regular sessions to ensure they are equipped with the latest knowledge.

**Requirements**

  • 2-7 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts clearly.
