**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of direct executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning experience.
- Experience in an Administrative role working in a technology or international environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
- Experience leading multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, and corporate event planning.
- Ability to observe and preserve complete confidentiality on all business matters.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions, ability to build and maintain relationships across the company.
**About the job**:
As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner with advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. In this role, you will help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. You will advise customers on Google's broad range of products across search, video, and mobile to help them connect instantly.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support directors and serve as Administrative Business Partner Site-Lead for the Argentina site.
- Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting organizational deadlines.
- Plan, manage, and execute team onsites/offsites, events and activities for the directors and for the Argentina site.
- Act as culture ambassador for the Argentina site, promoting activities that foster inclusion.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies as needed. Identify approaches to solve problems.
