The **Customer Engagement Analyst** is responsible for working collaboratively with the client so that they can have healthy inventories, high shelf availability and a high level of service, as well as maintain a close relationship with the client, and in this way way to drive sales through collaborative activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make purchase suggestions according to stock availability. Entering and issuing purchase orders from the client's system, coordinating both sides to streamline the logistics cost, the touches on the orders and improving the KPIs of the area.
- Make suggested purchase before SPI, usually two weeks of purchase. Flow coordination, cross docking distributions for all stores and coordination with commercial strategy.
- Supply stores, force merchandise from the customer's CD to stores, when we detect the need and when products to be discontinued have to be liquidated. Entering the client's system and activating.
- Go to the client's offices twice a week, to improve relationships, find opportunities and solve problems more efficiently.
- Checking and monitoring of parameters, minimums, average sales and store stocks. For the correct purchase and distribution of the client. They are also fixed on the client system.
- Coordination of commercial actions, evaluating the possibilities of supplying the promoted references and, if necessary, presenting alternatives.
- Suggest temporary assortment changes according to formats, due to lack of stock, to improve customer supply and indicators."
- Monthly purchase plan, how to distribute it and how to deliver it. To improve indicators and service.
- Weekly improvement meetings.
- Suggested purchases according to stock opportunities and commercial strategy.
- Management and control of information on customer operations
- Planning activities from customer distribution center to stores
- Monitoring and improvement of customer KPIs
- Monthly Storecheck to detect opportunities at points of sale
- Lead actions to solve operational problems
- Participation in all JBP (Joint Business Plan) and T2T of clients
- Search for logistics efficiencies and savings: Backhaul, order assembly analysis, replenishment and picking methods, etc.
- Sales forecast, analysis of customer demand vs our sale and recommends stock adjustments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Commercial Engineering, Business or related fields.
- Intermediate English level.
- Excel Proficiency.
- At least 1 year of experience in the area of Supply Chain or Customer Service or Logistics
- Desirable experience using SAP.
- Desirable experience managing clients.
- Desirable knowledge in DOMO, Power Bi or Data Studio.
