**Misión del puesto**:
Este puesto deberá asegurar el correcto proceso de órdenes de clientes, revisar los pedidos a fabrica, hacer follow up de importación y coordinar las entregas locales asegurando eficiencia en costos y satisfacción del cliente.

Deberá asegurar la coordinación con las distintas áreas de la organización para asegurar una oportuna respuesta al cliente interno y externo.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Trabajar de forma efectiva con un equipo multi funcional, desarrollando una cultura de cooperación muy abierta y dinámica;
- Gestionar el ingreso de pedidos de los clientes y procesos de facturación;
- Garantizar junto con el centro de distribución las entregas en tiempo y forma;
- Agilizar el pedido a tiempo y satisfacer al cliente en cuanto a disponibilidad;
- Coordinar los envíos de importaciones de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes;
- Coordinar las entregas locales de una forma eficiente, reduciendo costos y asegurando la satisfacción del cliente;
- Mantener informado al cliente y al sector comercial sobre el estatus de cada una de las operaciones;
- Tomar proyectos ad-hoc cuando se requiera.

Conocer y cumplir con la normativa de Calidad, Seguridad & Salud, y Medio Ambiente de la empresa.

**Educación**

Título Universitario en Ciencias Económicas, Ingenieria, Marketing. Conocimientos Financieros y Contables son necesarios.

**Experiência**

Se requiere de 1 a 3 años de experiência en funciones similares que deban tener contacto con clientes.

Se valora la capacidad de análisis, comunicación, sentido de urgencia, estrategia y liderazgo.

**Otros conocimientos**
- Manejo de PC, Word, Excel, Esker, K2, SAP.
- Idioma inglés intermedio - avanzado (excluyente)
