**You will**
- Assess the requirements of potential customers and effectively communicate the advantages of Flagright solutions.
- Cultivate multifaceted relationships to firmly establish Flagright's position as a trusted advisor.
- Implement measures to nurture emerging leads into qualified opportunities and successful customer acquisitions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to existing customers.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide comprehensive result reports.
**Your profile**
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field or possesses relevant work experience.
- Exhibits the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of connection and accountability.
- Displays resilience, and a persistent outbound approach to drive engagement and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Showcases excellent interpersonal skills crucial for effective relationship building.
- Capable of remote work with access to the necessary resources for task completion.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- In-depth understanding of the LatAM market or segment and the ability to identify untapped opportunities.
- Proven success in developing and executing customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in fostering long-term client relationships and positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into tangible business opportunities and successful customer partnerships.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and generating insightful reports.
- Prior experience in remote work, showcasing the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive deal closures and achieve business targets.
