We are looking for an incident manager

Within their responsibilities
- Experience working in client-facing positions is necessary.
- Experience in working with ITIL processes.
- Experience leading restoration efforts during critical incidents, coordinating technical resources from multiple teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to partner with other stakeholders in technology, operations, and business organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication. One team mentality.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to generate engagement in the team, working towards a common goal.
- Experience analyzing incident related metrics, elaborating reports, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Working experience in matrix organizations supporting local and global teams.
- Experience in IT Application and Infrastructure support.
- Experience in payment and/or financial industry is desirable.
- Languages: English fluent
