**Role Summary**
The Support Manager at Mywowfit is the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves managing client queries, scheduling, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and trainers. As a Support Manager, you will embody the Mywowfit brand values of friendliness, professionalism, and personalization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Scheduling and Rescheduling**: Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, and canceling sessions using Acuity Scheduling, adhering to company policies (e.g., 12-hour rescheduling rule).
- **Trainer Coordination**: Work closely with trainers to manage schedules and client needs, ensuring a smooth experience for both parties.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address technical issues, payment concerns, or session feedback with efficiency and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- **Onboarding Support**: Guide new clients through the trial session process, helping them find their ideal trainer and ensuring their first session is seamless.
- **Retention and Satisfaction**: Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and offer solutions that encourage consistency and satisfaction.
- **Policy Communication**: Clearly articulate Mywowfit's policies on payments, refunds, and session management to avoid confusion.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all interactions align with Mywowfit’s tone of voice—friendly, professional, and attentive.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer support, client management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer and CRM user
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Empathy and a customer-first attitude to handle sensitive client concerns gracefully.
