**Descripción del puesto**:
Se requiere Account Manager's Leader, quien tendrá la responsabilidad de liderar y cumplir los objetivos y metas pre-establecidas en ventas; identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio, generando demanda, haciendo crecer las ventas, creando iniciativas, innovando mconstantemente, y practicando la venta consultiva como estrategia comercial. Todo lo anterior apoyado en estrategias y planes de acción, tales como coaching al personal, diseño de campañas promocionales y planes de incentivos, todo bajo trabajo conjunto con áreas de Mercadeo y Gerencial.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciado universitario en Administración de Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Proyectos, Tecnologías de la Información, Informática o afines.

Bilingüe - nível de inglés avanzado oral y escrito.

Capacidad para el manejo de proyectos y aplicación de venta consultiva.
- Deseable experiência en el entrenamiento de herramientas informáticas
- Liderazgo en trabajo en equipo.
- Trabajo por objetivos
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones
- Orientar y/o delegar a su equipo, ejerciendo la supervisión necesaria
- Manejar las herramientas y métricas de la compañía
