**Hustler Marketing is looking for an Account Manager Associate.**
**The main purpose of the Account Managers’ Associate (AMA) is to assist our Account Managers with their work and provide support to the Service Department, primarily by assisting with technical tasks on the Klaviyo.

**What You'll Do**:

- Using Klaviyo to generate weekly and monthly performance reports for various clients
- Participating in our internal training activities for AMAs, especially on Klaviyo
- Assist Account Managers with all tasks in Klaviyo, including but not limited to researching new practices and trends, entering data and analyzing A/B testing and campaign performance using Google Sheets, contacting Klaviyo support as needed, and creating reports using data from Klaviyo
- Assisting with various tasks in Klaviyo as part of the AMA Team
- Actively participate in training and skill-building sessions for the AMA Team within the Service Department to improve their skills, performance, and overall expertise
- Attending and participating in the AMA Team's group calls
- Continuously working to discover industry-wide best practices and standards (as it pertains to Klaviyo), and present your findings to the AMA Lead
- Constantly educating yourself and developing your technical skills to enhance your expertise
- Working on various tasks, initiatives, and projects as delegated by our AMA Lead
- Working to develop the skills necessary to support the Service Department on technical tasks and issues, such as tool integration, and use your technical skills as a resource for our Account Managers
- Showing willingness to participate in various projects in other departments as needed, including our Sales Team, Marketing Team, and Service Department, when needed
- Working alongside a team of experienced marketing professionals productively and harmoniously to ensure that the highest quality marketing campaigns are delivered to our clients
- Reporting directly to the AMA Lead and the Service Director, while also collaborating with other Directors and Department Heads at Hustler Marketing

**Positions Specs**:

- Full-time commitment while meeting our general availability for office hours
- An average of 140 tracked hours per month consistently
- Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD
- Receive contractor status after signing our non-disclosure agreement
- Exclusivity agreement (nullifying the possibility to work in a position of a similar nature while working for Hustler Marketing)
- Committing to a 30-day notice period after the first month
- Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first one being after 3-6 months

**Requirements**:

- Any previous working experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Should be able to perform both repetitive and miscellaneous tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy in your work
- Punctuality and high work standards are a must for this position
- You must possess the ability to learn and adapt quickly, as well as the ability to be accountable, consistent, responsible, and take ownership of your work
- Possesses great technical and analytical thinking skills, complemented by having an excellent ability to problem solve and find innovative solutions for our clients
- Capability to work in teams to transform abstract ideas into results-oriented, impactful, and profitable ideas for new products and services
- Familiarity with working autonomously and managing your time (remote work experience is a plus)
- Must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time)
- Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (i.e, 140 hours per month)
- Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC, as well as be able to attend virtual video conferences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be fluent in English, although English doesn't have to be your native language
- Being open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism and improving on it, as well as giving feedback of similar nature productively to your team
