Ubicación: Buenos Aires
Objetivo: El KAE tiene por objetivo el desarrollo de clientes claves (incluyendo droguerías y farmacias) y el fortalecimiento de las relaciones comerciales con los mismos, implementando un plan de trabajo definido estratégicamente, detectando oportunidades y ejecutando las principales dinámicas comerciales.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar los planes estratégicos para el cumplimiento del objetivo de ventas asignado
- Implementar y ejecutar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad y resolución de problemas orientado al cliente
- Despliegue táctico en visitas a puntos de venta clave de los principales clientes para asegurar la ejecución de los planes acordados.
- Acompañar el desarrollo del canal de ventas digital de la cartera de clientes asignada identificando oportunidades y ejecutando las dinámicas comerciales estipuladas.
- Seguimiento de principales KPIs de gestión (referentes a Sell Out, días de stock, inversión, etc)
**Requisitos**:
Experiência (3-6 años) en el área de Ventas habiendo ocupado posiciones como Representante de Ventas Senior, Key Account Executive, Key Account Manager o Jefe de Ventas.
De preferencia con experiência en empresas multinacionales dentro de la industria farmacéutica, cosmética o consumo masivo.
Destacadas competencias personales de pensamiento estratégico, trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva, capacidad de análisis, planeamiento y organización, autonomía, proactividad, orientado a objetivos, responsabilidad.
Formación universitaria en especialidades orientadas a negocios y/o marketing. Se valorará haber trabajado con droguerías,
