Our team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and supportive **Talent & Partnerships Officer** to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide pivotal support to our Regional Career Advisor, assisting in the operational preparation and guidance of our newly graduated students as they embark on their professional journey.

**Role responsibilities**

‍Help to prepare our newly graduated students in their new career path:
Support in planning, organisation and delivery of **Career Week**, namely by:

- Sourcing, organising and following-up with speakers and workshop facilitators. e.g. recruiters, partners.
- Preparing and presenting the Career Week workshops in a (good) hybrid setting;
- Overseeing and supporting Career TAs during challenges and talks;
- Leading communication during the week and collecting feedback after its conclusion;
- Following-up with alumni and companies to speed up the recruitment processes.
- Support in some **1:1 career coaching sessions** with the alumni from the region;
- Assist in events such as job fairs, get me hiring event, lunch&learns to **bring closer partners and students.**:

- **Support Admissions **Process** **for B2G performing selection interviews and some operational related tasks
- Prospect, source and strength the relation with Hiring Companies and Career Providers

- You are a **customer-oriented** person, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders

**Requierements**
- You worked 1+ years **in an operational role** (recruitment, sales, HR), ideally in the tech industry.
- You are **fluent in English language (B2-C1)** and **have strong written & verbal communication skills.**:
