As a Talent Manager at TikTal, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the careers of our influencers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring successful brand partnerships. You will bring your extensive experience in the US market to the table, working closely with our roster of influencers and brands to maximize their potential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Influencer Representation: Act as the official representative of influencers, negotiating deals and partnerships to secure favorable terms aligned with influencers' brands and goals.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify, cultivate, and secure brand collaborations and partnerships for our influencer clients, demonstrating your expertise in negotiating compensation and deliverables.
- Career Development: Provide guidance and support to influencers in crafting and executing content strategies that resonate with their audiences, leading to long-term success.
- Financial Outcomes: Maximize revenue generation for influencers by offering monetization strategies, financial planning, and budgeting advice, ensuring their financial well-being.
- Networking: Leverage your industry contacts to build and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, and other influencers to foster collaboration opportunities.
- Legal and Compliance: Handle legal matters such as contract negotiation, copyrights, and compliance with advertising regulations, ensuring the influencers' and agency's legal interests are protected.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign metrics to assess their effectiveness and optimize strategies for future success.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, market dynamics, and emerging platforms, enabling influencers to stay ahead of the curve.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related role with a focus on the US market.
- Fluently in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- A strong network of industry contacts and connections in the preferred US influencer marketing space.
- Exceptional negotiation, sales, and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of legal aspects and regulations in influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and within the US time zone.
