Nos encontramos buscando un Service Management Officer Una persona como vos, que tenga el GEN, que brinde apoyo al área para seguir potenciándonos Si te gusta lo que estás leyendo, esto es para vos
¿Cuáles serán algunas de tus responsabilidades? Realizar la asignación, priorización y seguimiento de tickets. Actuar como Incident Manager en incidentes críticos y altos. Configurar y administrar Jira. Controlar y monitorear el ciclo de vida de los tickets. Alinear procesos entre el cliente e infraestructura. Manejar el catálogo de SLAs y controlar los níveles de servicio. Tener buena comunicación con todas las partes interesadas del cliente y equipo interno, asegurando la comunicación proactiva de seguimiento con el PM y el cliente. Validar los requisitos y documentación de los entregables que describen los productos y/o servicios. Tener conocimiento sobre todos los procesos, poder definir nuevos procesos y políticas, y alcanzar un control en ellos. Medir las acciones que se están llevando a cabo. Proporcionar recomendaciones para mejoras de procedimiento.

**Requisitos**:
¿Qué nos gustaría de vos? Que tengas experiência de al menos 2 años Que tengas experiência en el manejo de herramientas como JIRA, Service Now, Manage Engine, Invgate, Excel y metodologías ágiles. Que seas una persona proactiva y que te guste trabajar en equipo. Que cuentes con buenas skills de comunicación.
