En The PackDigest & Construbol estamos incorporando Business Development, rol ideal para apasionados que buscan crecer en el área de desarrollo de negocios, con un enfoque especial en la prospección y gestión de clientes corporativos.
**Tareas a desarrollar**:

- Gestión y Desarrollo de Clientes: Identificar, desarrollar y gestionar relaciones con clientes potenciales, garantizando su satisfacción y fomentando un crecimiento sostenido.
- Prospección de Nuevos Clientes: Investigar y contactar clientes potenciales para expandir nuestra base de clientes.
- Detección de Necesidades Personalizadas: Colaborar estrechamente con los clientes para comprender sus requerimientos y ofrecer soluciones adaptadas a sus necesidades.
- Identificación de Oportunidades de Negocio: Evaluar el mercado para encontrar oportunidades que impulsen el crecimiento y la expansión de las marcas.
- Seguimiento de Prospectos: Realizar un seguimiento constante de los prospects, asegurando el avance en el pipeline y la conversión a clientes.
- Colaboración y Traqueo de Campañas de Marketing: Colaborar con el equipo de marketing en el seguimiento de campañas, asegurando que estén alineadas con los objetivos comerciales.
- Venta de Servicios a Empresas: Utilizar tu experiência para comercializar servicios B2B, cerrando negocios y alcanzando las metas establecidas.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 2 año en roles relacionados con desarrollo de negocios, ventas B2B o áreas comerciales.
- Experiência en la comercialización de servicios a empresas. (Excluyente)
- Estudios universitarios en áreas afines (comercial, negocios, marketing, administración, entre otros).
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma en un entorno remoto.
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación efectivas.
- Proactividad y capacidad para identificar y aprovechar oportunidades de negocio.
