**Key Responsibilities**:
- Advice and support colleagues to help resolve workplace issues and interpret policies.
- Enhance Colleague Labor Relations acumen through education and training to build and improve leadership effectiveness.
- Advice and support leaders in managing colleagues conduct and performance.
- Deliver comprehensive solutions to support business strategies that impact people.
- Experience in managing social stakeholders/trade union matters.
**How will you make an impact in this role?**
- Provide consulting and advisory services to company leaders on labor relations management issues. Emphasize the role of CLR in enhancing leadership effectiveness.
- Active participation in international projects and translation to market practices
- Employee case management
- Providing support and consultation within Colleague Experience Group (CEG) on Labor Relations issues
- Handling of employment claims and expertise
- Investigation of cases
- Assist in the implementation and day-to-day administration of colleague relations programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources programs.
- Use established policies and procedures to resolve issues and problems.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent track record of exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to establish credibility with clients as a strategy and business planning partner.
- Well-developed consulting skills, as demonstrated by effective contributions to client groups in the areas of labor, compliance, change management and improvement of CEG practices.
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
