**Long Description**:
**Principal Accountabilities**
- In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:_
- Establish and maintain client relationships to promote brand loyalty
- Deep analysis of market and company competitors to identify trends impacting brand
- Safeguard the fulfillment of the brand manual in all internal and external communications to unify brand work ensuring standardization of Epson logo and brand image
- Increase market share by supporting fast introduction of new products into the market
- Consult with advertising agency to ensure fulfillment of EAI marketing strategy guidelines and SEC and/or General Manager policies and protocols
- May carry out and control paper recycling program ensuring fulfillment of environmental preservation guidelines
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement of department, documenting proposals for processes improvements to increase the department quality and development
- Support marketing management members to ensure quality monthly reports and fulfillment of all objectives as well as planning next month activities, if applicable
- Administer marketing budget ensuring fulfillment and optimization of Marcom strategy
- Collaborate with product management to create investment planning according to conditions and needs of product lines, brand, and the marketing processes
- May plan, organize, and execute events; example events: prize giving ceremony &/or clients meetings, journalists, local kick off, etc.
- Direct relationship with advertising agency; creation, follow up, control, correction of requests, graphic pieces, and other requirements of the department and local organization
- May handle public relations of the company
- Administer strategic commercial alliances with important institutions of designated country

**Minimum Experience Requirements**:

- B - Requires some specialist or admin experience (2- 5 years)**Education**:
