Our datacenters host network infrastructure hubs for businesses in countries like Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru. We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to support Global Human Resources and Talent Acquisition area.

**Full Job Description**

**Core Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and screenings.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate and quality of hire.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continually improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters in Buenos Aires.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Administer HR processes, including employee data management, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations in Argentina and ensure compliance with local employment requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience using various sourcing methods.
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in Argentina.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software/tools.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.

**Desired Skills/Experience**
- Experience in a Telecom/ Startup company or passion to join a successful one
