Sr Associate Human Resources

Amgen is seeking for a talented HR professional to join our Argentina Human Resources team supporting staff across multiple functions within the affiliate. This role will be primarily focused on managing the day-to-day HR Operations, under the supervision of the Argentina HR head.

Major tasks and responsibilities of position
- Manage employee life cycle (from hiring to termination)
- Operationally supports HR and Business strategies
- Delivers effective HR services which are customer focused and aligned with our business goals and objectives
- Manages HR policies and practices so that present and future requirements are met effectively

Work Relations
- Manage HR Operations processes such us payroll, personnel administration, and benefits
- Implements and ensures a clear, shared understanding of HR procedures/policies
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
- Supports the recruitment processes in partnership with external vendor and line manager
- Manage the monthly payroll process with external vendor
- Coordinates Benefits administration
- Addresses employee queries or ad-hoc requests
- Support managers and individuals through the performance management processes
- Support execution of HR projects
- Collaborates with COEs

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Requirements
- University Degree: HR, Business or similar
- 2 to 4 years of HR related experience
- Knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Excellent oral and written English communication

Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Workday

Sr. Associate de Recursos Humanos

Amgen está buscando talentos de Recursos Humanos para unirse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos de Argentina, brindando apoyo a nuestros colaboradores en múltiples funciones dentro de la afiliada. Esta función se centrará en la gestión de las operaciones de recursos humanos del día a día, bajo la supervisión del Head de HR de Argentina

Entre sus responsabilidades, se destacan:

- Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los empleados (desde la contratación hasta su salida)
- Apoyar operativamente las estrategias de negocio y de recursos humanos
- Brindar servicios de recursos humanos efectivos con enfoque en el cliente y alineados con nuestras metas y objetivos de negocio.
- Gestionar las políticas y prácticas de recursos humanos para que los requisitos presentes y futuros se cumplan de manera efectiva.
- Administrar los procesos de operaciones de recursos humanos, como la nómina, la administración del personal y los beneficios.
- Implementar y garantizar una comprensión clara y compartida de los procedimientos/políticas de recursos humanos.
- Brindar soporte a los procesos de contratación en asociación con el proveedor externo y el manager directo.
- Administrar el proceso de nómina mensual con un proveedor externo
- Coordinar la administración de Beneficios
- Abordar consultas de los empleados o solicitudes ad-hoc
- Dar soporte a los managers y a los colaboradores a través de los procesos de gestión del desempeño.
- Colaborar con la ejecución de proyectos de RRHH
- Colaborar con los COE (Centro de excelencia)

Requisitos - Preferentemente:

- Título Universitario: Relaciones del Trabajo, Psicología, Administración o afines
- 2 a 4 años de experiência relacionada con recursos humanos
- Conocimientos en procesos y operaciones de RRHH
- Inglés fluido, tanto en la comunicación oral como escrita.
- Experiência con Workday
