Labor Relations Expert

**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
As a Labor Relations:
- Leading employee and labor relations for all the business units
- Support compliance with labor regulations with a main focus on collective law
- Negotiating collective bargaining agreements; contract administration and interpretation, Relationship and treatment with delegates and different trade union figures
- Support HR management and business leaders in the analysis, prevention or resolution of individual and collective labor conflicts
- Advising and guiding Business Leaders to find the more suitable workforce planification for each project.
- Attention to inspections by the union and MTSS.
**As a Human Resources Business Partner**:
- Supports and implements the local People Strategy / Functional HR Strategy and / or other strategic HR initiatives with respective business leader and advises and supports the business management.
- Advises business management regarding general HR topics, processes, and compliance issues, based on local regulations.
- Planning workforce demands for (an) assigned organization(s).
- Ensures quality and adherence to local standards for core HR processes.
- Mentor’s managers on employee relations
**What You Bring**:
- Advanced English
- You have at least 5 years human resources in similar positions
- You have known to work in encouraging and motivating change in business.
