**HR Profile**, a consulting firm specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals for the LATAM region, is seeking an **HRBP Recruiter for IT** for our client, a multinational company specializing in digital development and agile solutions, with operations in the US, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia.

**The objective of this position is** to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development in a multicultural environment, as well as manage the hiring process, support employee relations, and ensure the implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's strategic goals.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes, including recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Providing HR support and guidance to employees and management, addressing issues related to labor relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Facilitating employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with management to identify HR needs and develop solutions to address them.

**We are looking for**:

- Degree holders in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR functions.
- Demonstrated HR experience focused on recruitment and employee relations.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and multicultural HR management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with various HR platforms, such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
