We are currently looking for a Payscale Specialist to join our team at Alight Inc.
As part of our Payroll & Professional Services division, you will be working with clients across the globe to provide expert payroll services. With the recent announcement of Alight's intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital, this role will be aligned to the new Divested Group company owned by HIG Capital.
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of payroll processes, including the issuance of reports and the coordination of post-payroll activities such as accounting, social security, and taxation. You will also analyze collective agreements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have advanced education in Accounting, Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential, as well as proficiency in payroll management tools and advanced computer skills.
